Wii recently presented a device that can measure pulse and transpiration, so that gamelevels can be adjusted accordingly.

Question is: do we really want to clip our finger into such an awkward looking device, offering no comfort?

To me, Xbox Natal (see below) sounds more promising.

Peter Molyneux is busy with a game named Milo. It enables you to really connect to a computer character.

I was flabbergasted watching it, FANTASTIC!
